AIR PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE

          INTRODUCTION

Plasma cutting is a process that is used to cut steel and other metals of different thicknesses
(or sometimes other materials) using a plasma torch. In this process, an inert gas (in some units, compressed air) is blown at high speed out of a nozzle; at the same  time an electrical arc is formed through that gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut, turning some of that gas to plasma. The plasma is sufficiently hot to melt the metal being cut and moves sufficiently fast to blow molten metal away from the cut.

        ADVANTAGE OF AIR PLASMA

¨ High duty cycle capability for production application.
¨ No preparation required for mild stainless or high carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized plate.
¨ Precise cut characteristics and KERF WITDHS.
¨ Available for use with most tracing tables.
¨ Capacities for 2"thickness.
¨ User friendly torch and machine design allow for easy torch installation.
¨ High cutting speed at very low power consumption.
¨ Simple and easy to operate front panel.
¨ No more oxy / fuel for cutting all ferrous & non ferrous metal.
¨ Double the speed at half the cost.
¨ No heat effect zone, no distortion.
¨ No cumbersome fuel ignition, preheat flame adjustment.
No preheat Time or oxygen adjustment required.
